• UPS Ground (1-5 Business Days)
• UPS Ground Saver (2-7 Business Days)
• USPS Ground Advantage (2-5 Business Days)
• USPS Priority Mail (1-3 Business Days)
• USPS Priority Mail Express (Next-Day to 2-Day)

Houseplants have one shipping speed option, generally 6 to 8 business days.

 

Free Shipping Items

Non-houseplants- are generally shipped Economy, UPS Ground or USPS Ground Advantage, unless noted (Expected delivery in 2–5 business days) .

Certain items which feature free shipping have the option to upgrade shipping the USPS Priority Mail (1-3 Business Days) or Priority Mail Express (Next-Day to 2-Day- Sunday and holiday delivery available in many major markets for an additional fee)

 

Track Your Shipment

For all shipment services we can provide tracking information. The availability of the tracking information is based on the product type-

• Houseplants- tracking information available 2-3 days after order is placed.
• Most other items – tracking information available first business day after order is placed
